Ensure you are taking and retaining records properly.

Join Nevada Dispensary Association and Amanda Connor, Esq. for our Record Keeping Regulations training as we provide instruction on the document retention regulations under Nevada's state law. Amanda will break down the relevant regulations and her experience with how regulators typically apply the regulations, when your facility could be subject to inspection, and where establishments are most likely to fall short.

This training will cover the following topics:
  • Documentation Policy
  • Inventory Control
  • Product Acquisition
  • Disposal/Salvage Regulations
  • Security
