Chuck Moses is the owner/operator of IPM Education and Training Services, and is an experienced educator, certified applicator and licensed pesticide consultant. He recently retired as the Environmental Programs Coordinator for the Nevada Department of Agriculture. During his tenure at the Nevada Department of Agriculture, Charles was a credentialed federal and state inspector. He has over 35 years of experience in the utilization of Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and developed the list of legal state pesticides for greenhouse cannabis growers. Chuck also conducts training programs for the Applied Pavement Technologies, Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP). He develops training materials to help employees become licensed/certified applicators. On-line continuing education training programs are available through A & K Systems. He has a B.S. degree in Forestry and M.S. degree in Agribusiness.
